At Broadheights, we believe trust is built through clarity.

Artificial intelligence and automation are powerful toolsbut only when used thoughtfully, responsibly, and with humans firmly in control. This policy explains how Broadheights uses AI, what we don’t do, and how we protect our clients, partners, and community.

AI is a tool.
Humans own the judgment, responsibility, and final outcomes.

We use AI to enhance our work not replace people, not remove accountability, and not obscure how decisions are made.

We use AI and automation as part of our internal operations and service delivery to improve efficiency, accuracy, and value for clients. This may include:

• Internal analysis and research
• Workshop and training preparation
• Drafting and refining written content (including marketing and social media)
• Process automation and workflow optimization
• Operational insights and scenario modeling

AI helps us reduce administrative effort so we can provide lower project cost and spend more time on strategy, leadership, relationships, and mission-driven work.

To be clear and explicit:

• We do not train AI models on client-confidential data
   
• We do not allow AI to make autonomous decisions on behalf of clients
   
• We do not replace human judgment with AI outputs
   
• We do not use AI for surveillance, monitoring individuals, or covert analysis
   
• We do not present AI-generated work as “fully automated” or human-free

Every deliverable, recommendation, and decision ultimately belongs to and is reviewed by humans at Broadheights

AI may assist our work, but:

• Humans remain responsible for all final outputs
• Humans validate, refine, and contextualize AI-assisted materials
• Humans make strategic, ethical, and operational decisions

If something goes out under the Broadheights name, it is owned by us not by a system or tool.

Protecting trust is non-negotiable.

• Client data is never used to train AI systems
   
• Confidential materials are handled according to our Privacy Policy and client agreements
   
• When AI tools are used in client engagements, usage is aligned with confidentiality, privacy, and professional standards

If a client has specific AI restrictions or preferences, we respect and document them.

We believe responsible AI adoption should be explicit, not assumed.

When working with clients, Broadheights:

• Discusses AI use openly and proactively
• Helps clients define their own AI boundaries and policies
• Designs processes where AI supports not replaces people
• Focuses on clarity, efficiency, and ethical implementation

Our goal is not to “add AI,” but to help organizations decide where it belongs and where it doesn’t.

AI evolves quickly. So does our thinking.

This policy is reviewed regularly to reflect:

• Changes in technology
• Emerging best practices
• Legal and ethical considerations
• Feedback from clients and partners

Transparency is not a one-time statement it’s an ongoing commitment.
