Meet Michael Bresler, Founder
Michael Bresler brings more than two decades of experience in business operations, technology, innovation, client success, AI adoption, and organizational leadership.
His work sits at the intersection of operational excellence and responsible AI. He helps organizations identify where value is being lost, redesign the way work gets done, and apply technology where it creates measurable improvement.
Michael has led AI-focused projects, operational transformation efforts, executive workshops, and practical implementation work across for-profit, nonprofit, education, and community settings.
As the past Chairman of Beth Tfiloh Congregation, Michael also understands the unique pressures facing mission-driven organizations: limited capacity, high expectations, stakeholder trust, and the need to make every dollar and every hour count.
He holds a BS in Business and an MS in Negotiation and Conflict Management, combining analytical discipline with a practical, human-centered approach to change.
